During this training course on meditation we shall also practice Qi gong and Tai ji quan.
Practicing both Qi Gong and Tai ji quan sharpens and reinforces your body, develops your attention and your senses, helps your breathing. These tools are precious to us.
Learning about meditation is going on an individual path which is not limited to practicing while sitting and motionless. Movement is as much as stillness a source of meditation.
