Training courses in a Taoist monastery

This training course is a real opportunity to receive de teachings of Master Wang Ming Quan, 13th patriarch of the Wuji taoist school and 20th successor of the Quanzhen taoist school.

Through a 10 days immersion in the practice of the Qi gong form « Bei Dou Xuan Gong » at the taoist monastery, you will learn a complete form of pure taoist tradition.

The practicing rhythm during this course is suitable for all.

The monastery is situated on a holy mountain in the heart of a primary forest. The site and the monastery where the course is taking place are untouched and magnificent. Lao Zi stayed there.

Here, life is simple, healthy with basic comfort. The peacefulness, the nature, the knowledge and the kindness of our hosts are perfect grounds for a new discovery of oneself, of others, of what is essential and for the initiation or the improvement of martial arts practice.

The practicing rhythm during this course is suitable for all.

In Dali, you will stay in a hotel situated in the historical center. You will visit the city busy alleyways, its market and you’ll discover its craftsmen, Chinese massage, Yunnan cooking…

  • Practicing 10 days in the monastery
  • Visiting Dali and its region for 3 days
  • One day visit of Kunming, the Yunnan capital city (5 million inhabitants)

Level: suitable for all, from beginner to advanced, no foreknowledge required

Daily course: 7 hours
