New! Special trekking and Qi gong journey

15 days trekking in the Yunnan mountains

Altitude varying between 1800 and 3200 m.

This journey will take place from the 13th to the 27th of April 2019.

During this stay, we will walk along the Yangtze River, in the “Tiger Leaping Gorge”, the deepest gorge in the world, then we will follow the paths of the old Silk, Horses and Tea Road through the Jade Dragon Mountain and Haba Mountain, whose peaks are more than 5000 m high.

During our journey, we will visit the village of Baisha, first capital of the Naxi people, known for its frescoes dating from the Ming Dynasty and discover the villages of the Yi and Naxi minorities, where the population still lives in a traditional way.

Every day, before starting walking, we will warm-up and practice a form of Qi Gong which is accessible to all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Number of participants: 12 people maximum

The trek has some fast but short climbing segments, so it is accessible to good walkers. An important factor is the altitude, which varies between 1800 m and 3200 m (ascent over the entire journey). We ask the participants to provide us with a medical certificate (no earlier than one month before departure). It will be up to your family doctor to judge to the best of your ability to participate in this course.
